Students can use pin clothes or a marker to find the number of the items shown on the card.

On the write and wipe number cards kids can use their markers to write the number of kids in each box.

Kids can put in order the owls or you can turn some cards on the other side and let them think which number is hiding.

They can also use their board markers to write 1 more and 1 less than the number shown on the buses.

Another activity to exercise the name of the numbers is to find the pairs of apples so that the number matches the name of the number.

In order to think how many more items a quantity needs to make a number, kids use markers to draw more pencils in the pencil case to make each total.
